SET - The Family Game of Visual Perception

Be the first to spot sets of 3 cards that will give game winning points.

From the 81 game cards that come with this game,
choose a player to act as dealer to shuffle the deck,
then lays the card deck face down.
Pick 12 game cards from the top of the deck and
lays each of them face-up on a table. 
The game then starts.

Each game card has 4 characteristics:
- the number of items on the card
- the colors of the item(s)
- the shape of the item(s)
- the shading of the item(s)

When any player spots 3 cards that each of the characteristics
is either
all the same,
OR
not all the same (e.i. totally different from each other),

then he shout  "SET" and
keep those 3 cards to count as winning points at the end of the game.
